Mexican Samosa is a unique Indo-Mexican recipe with a sweet and sour taste.

This mexican samosa recipe was inspired from the traditional Indian Samosa made with black beans, tomato, onions, jalapeños, garlic, mexican sauce and some herbs.

Samosas have been very popular in South Asia for many centuries but its true origin has been known to originate in Central Asia and the Middle East dating as far back as the 10th century.

I love indian samosas so much that I decided to create my own version infusing some mexican flavors for all those who've got bored of the same old Aloo Paneer Samosas.

Guess what? They turned out amazing!  So much so, I needed to share it with you guys!
